KUMC Faith Academy

The KUMC Faith Academy is a short term learning opportunity featuring a different slate of classes each session.  The topic of courses have included Bible studies, self-help classes (grief counseling, parenting and financial planning), faith-building subjects, and crafts and recreation classes -- such as dancing.  Classes are offered for all ages, including children.

The Wednesday evening begins with a meal (for a nominal fee) at 6:15 p.m. and a short devotion, followed by the classes which begin at 7 p.m.

There are two Academy sessions during the year,  The first coincides with Lent and generally begins in February and ends in April (this session concludes before Holy Week).  The second session begins in September or October and concludes prior to the start of Advent.

Registration is now closed for Spring 2010 Academy.  Watch for our next session in the fall of 2010.
