In January, KUMC will embark on a 9-week journey of discovery. We believe it will be one of your most important experiences as a Disciple in the Making. We have three meeting times for adults: Wednesday Evenings, Sunday Afternoons, or Weekday Afternoons. Each Wednesday evening, we'll gather for a meal, video presentation, and small group discussion with trained facilitators to explore who you are, who God is, and how our lives intersect with God.

Every Disciple in the Making is a work in progress, and this fall, we'll focus on the spiritual habits that bring is in closer relationship to God through the Holy Spirit. See the class schedule below to check out what our weekly topics will be:

 Youth Disciple in the Making
Each week, the youth will also gather to engage in conversation about what it means to be a Disciple. Focusing on topics relevant to teens, they'll use a video-based curriculum to get conversation kicked off.

Children's Disciple in the Making
Each week, the children will gather for an opportunity to learn Bible Stories with connecting points to the fall season. Topics include: God wants us to care for his world, I am special to God, God keeps his promises, and more! It'll be a fun, active, God-centered time! (Childcare is available for children under 5.)

Spring 2012 Journey Sessions will begin on January 25. We share a meal at 6:00 pm in Epworth Center; 6:45 pm Video Presentation (Adults) / Dismissal for Children & Youth; 7:15 pm Small Group Discussions (All Ages); 8:15 pm End Time.
