T'ai Chi
T’ai Chi is the ancient art of stress reduction and gentle exercise. T’ai Chi was developed in China, and involves slow, rhythmical movements to relax the body and improve balance, blood pressure, strength and coordination.
Susan Marting, a Christian T’ai Chi instructor, leads this class. Classes are $12 each, payable as you attend (or $10 each, paid monthly). Classes will be held on Thursday, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the Music Rehearsal Room (117). Come and bring a friend! It’s fun, healthy, and everyone’s talking about it. Don’t be left out and off balance!
