T'ai Chi

T’ai Chi is the ancient art of stress reduction and gentle exercise. T’ai Chi was developed in China, and involves slow, rhythmical movements to relax the body and improve balance, blood pressure, strength and coordination.

Susan Marting, a Christian T’ai Chi instructor, leads this class. Classes are $5 each, payable as you attend. Classes will be held on Thursday, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Room 110.  Come and bring a friend! It’s fun, healthy, and everyone’s talking about it. Don’t be left out and off balance!

Conscious Body Alignment Class

Standing and sitting alignment exercises designed to rebuild and balance muscles. Led by Michael Schomaker, Certified Egoscue Postural Alignment Specialist. 6:30-7:30 pm in Room 110. $12 per session (or $10 per session if paid monthly). Bring yoga mat, strap and block.

Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.

Beginners are ALWAYS welcome!
