Disciple in the Making:
Teach Us To Pray
Wednesdays, October 3 ā€“ 24,  6 ā€“ 8 pm,  in The Wood

Disciple in the Making (DIM) this fall will be focused on Prayer.  We will explore ways to more fully engage in prayer as a means to grow our faith and live more Christ centered lives.  You’ll discovering deeper meanings of familiar prayers and learn new ways to pray individually, in community, and even engage movement and silent contemplation to continue our walk with Christ.

DIM will offer an optional church meal from 6:15 – 6:40 pm for $6 per adult. There is no meal cost for children under 12 and Student meals are covered by Student Ministries. You are welcome to just join in for the class time if you prefer not to eat the meal at church.

Class sessions start with a short video at 6:45, followed by small group discussions 7 – 8 pm. This DIM session is for all ages and will feature age appropriate cirriculum for children (ages 6 – 5th grade) and Students (6th – 12th grade) to use in their own separate small group discussions. Childcare is available for children ages five and under. You must make a reservation for childcare when you register for DIM.
