KUMC Missions

The Church has left the building
“Go and make disciples of all nations.”  – Matthew 28:19

We believe church isn’t over when you leave a worship service.
At KUMC, we CONNECT
with others both inside and outside of the church building as we
GROW in our faith and SERVE God and others with love though mission and ministry.

Check the list below for ways others currently CONNECT, GROW and SERVE through KUMC.

Please join us as we leave the building and serve together!

KUMC Food Pantry

Feed the need to be generous and help stop hunger in our local area by dropping off non-perishable food goods to KUMC anytime the office is open!  Donations support four local agencies: Kingdom House, Bellfontaine UMC, KirkCare, and the Kirkwood School District.

Mission Trips

Join KUMC for multi-generational mission trip experiences. In 2017 we have sponsored two mission trips. In June, a group traveled to Juarez, Mexico and partnered with Proyecto Abrigo to build houses for people who have been living in cardboard shacks.  In February a group traveled to Guatemala working with Project God’s Child to build a home for family there.  Contact our missions team for more information on future mission trips.
