The adult ministries at KUMC encourage adults to explore their faith, to live that faith in community, and to take that faith into the world to serve God’s people.
Learning, exploring, and being actively engaged have never been words to describe only children. At KUMC, the adult Christian Education program encompasses the same concepts. We believe that adults must and can be fed, nourished, nurtured, passionately engaged, and experience the grace of God in many ways.
Our aim is to provide multiple opportunities that give each person room to explore his/her faith, to discover his/her own God-given abilities, and to use those gifts to model the ministry of Jesus Christ.
Through various resources, adults at KUMC connect with God and with others, to struggle with the difficult questions of life - issues of Bible study, parenting, relating to others, dealing with wealth, helping those in need, hearing God speak, making tough decisions.
Opportunities are also afforded for just plain fellowship, food and fun.
If you're interested in a ministry you don't see listed below (or elsewhere on this website), just let us know - we'd love to help you start a new ministry to meet specific needs.
